Art Shay’s oeuvre vibrantly, lovingly, poetically, and, sometimes, irreverently summarizes seven decades of profound historical and cultural shifts. It has ben said that his body of work defines the American experience. Shay himself says: “A great picture is the autobiography of a moment.”
